Please note that these things are only marginally reliable; sometimes the FTP server won't let me overwrite the existing image file. Who knows why?

About the webcams: the one in my office (left) is a 3Com Home Connect USB camera. The one facing outside (right) is a cheapo USB camera from Alaris which I got free for trying out Earthlink a long while ago.   To upload the images I am using the universally beloved Webcam32.
